Project Update: Quakertown Alive! In-Town Guide

I love working with non-profit organizations because there is such an incredible sense of passion and community. I've been fortunate enough to work with the wonderful people over at Quakertown Alive!, which is a group focused on the revitalization effort in downtown Quakertown Pennsylvania.

Earlier this year we worked together on interviewing and photographing local businesses for featured spreads in the newly revised In-Town Guide. Everyone was wonderful to work with, and the photography and designs were a lot of fun. I recently received the final printed piece and thought I would share here!

A lot of hard work went into the guide and I think it really features some of the amazing people and places of Quakertown. If you are local, try to pick up one of the guides, and make sure you attend the Autumn Alive! festival on October 19th! Whether I was meeting with renown artists Jim Lukens and Dean Thomas, or sampling delicious treats at Moussey Moose, I enjoyed learning more about this vibrant and historic town.

Quakertown's Autumn Alive! fall harvest festival features an adorable pet parade, pet themed vendors, children's rides, wagon rides, and free live entertainment conveniently located in downtown Quakertown. Visit the Quakertown Alive! Facebook page for a peek at photos from last year's festival

With the leaves changing colors, I am definitely getting into the autumn spirit. I keep thinking of weekend festivals, outdoor markets, hikes with the dogs, and baking!
